As a born and raised Calgarian, Lucas loves working and living in the best city in Canada.

Leigha Pidde | Realtor & Interior Designer
Interior Design has been a life long passion for Leigha. Simplicity in design and style with a complex understanding of affordability and practicality is what she calls approachable design.
Leigha has experience running a Design Studio for a large developer which has given her a priceless education. Together with her certifications in Home Staging, Colour Consultation, Home Organization and Business Administration - Leigha loves to incorporate her skills and experience when helping clients prepare their homes to bring to the market.
When Leigha is not decorating homes or renovating her own home she may be making costumes for her daughter's dance or cheering her son on in hockey and lacrosse. Leigha, her husband Paul and the kids can often be found at their farm at Pigeon Lake, Alberta.
Chelsey Phillips | Real Estate Agent
Chelsey was born and raised in Prince Edward Island, making community spirit an integral part of her life. Now calling herself Calgarian, she takes great pride in her community involvement where she has spent many years promoting a passion for living an active lifestyle.
Following many years traveling the world as both a competitive and professional figure skater, Chelsey has gained a deep appreciation for what it means to find home and is eager to achieve the same for every client. With over a decade of experience in serving clients as a figure skating coach and fitness instructor, before making the move to real estate, Chelsey recognizes the trust clients place in her and will always strive to exceed a client’s expectations.
When away from work, Chelsey can be found anywhere and everywhere, as she’s always looking forward to the next adventure! She proudly calls herself a wife, mom and Real Estate Agent, and is honoured to work amongst the best at Ramage & Co.
James Keats | Real Estate Agent
I started my career at Newfoundland Television (NTV) when I was just 13. After moving to Calgary and earning a communications diploma from SAIT, I became a news director at Global Calgary.
Though I loved live television, I shifted to video marketing and launched my own company, eventually partnering with Sona Visual Real Estate Marketing to lead their video team. There, I helped market luxury listings worth up to $20 million, and our team won the Top Choice Calgary award for Best Video Production in 2021 and 2022. My work in real estate marketing sparked my passion for the industry, leading me to get my real estate license after marketing over $1 billion in properties. Now, as a licensed REALTOR® with REAL Broker, and as a partnering agent at Ramage + Co. I’m excited to deliver exceptional value to my clients. I look forward to meeting you!
