We will help determine the best time to list, how to proceed if you need to consider selling and buying, and develop a plan for listing including any preparations that may need to be made such as staging, minor maintenance, repairs or possible renovations.
We will provide you with a comparative market analysis which includes our suggested list price and our proposal for business that details our marketing plan specific to your property.
